As a life long resident of Broken Bow, Teresa has a vested interest in and appreciation for the area like no other. Growing up, some of her most memorable moments included camping, waterskiing, scuba diving and simply enjoying the beauty of Broken Bow Lake and the surrounding Hochatown area.

At an early age, she learned an exceptional work ethic and to value relationships within the community while helping her parents on their cattle ranch, a path she chose for herself in later years. Combining ranching and her love of the land with a strong background in the field of higher learning, small business ownership and cabin management, Teresa is uniquely qualified to help educate prospective buyers and sellers in the intricate world of real estate. As a sales associate with David Sacks Real Estate, Inc. she is dedicated to delivering professional and exemplary service.

Teresa has a Master’s degree as a reading specialist, is a certified school psych/ed diagnostician and is pursuing a Ph. D. in administration. She is the proud mother of two sons, Brylee and Braden and enjoys water sports, hunting, skydiving, physical fitness, traveling and spending time with those she loves.
