There is something about Dallas...
 |
There is an excitement happening in Dallas today,
a buzz. Already known for the Dallas Cowboys,
world-class shopping (North
Park, Galleria,
Highland
Park Village), and a higher restaurant-to-resident
ratio than New York City, this young prairie city
is growing up. New developments downtown, uptown,
and along the mass-transit rail lines have brought
investment, jobs, and opportunity back to the
city core. For every new condo tower that is built,
a nighborhood of historic homes are given new
life and architecture is restored. It is a delicate
balance, but Dallas and it's 1.2 million Texans
seem to be up for the challenge. |
