Broken Bow, Oklahoma, located in the southeastern corner of the state, is home to the ever popular Beavers Bend Resort Park, Broken Bow Lake, Kiamichi Mountains and Ouachita National Forest.

Originally part of the old Choctaw Indian Nation, Broken Bow today is home to high yield forestry business, large poultry operations and farming and plays host to approximately 1,500,000 visitors a year.

The first stop for many tourists is Beavers Bend Resort Park, approximately a three hour drive from the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex, Tulsa and Oklahoma City. The park is renowned for its wonderful hiking trails, trophy fly-fishing in its pristine streams or in the Mountain Fork River, canoeing, horseback riding and bald eagle watching. Broken Bow Lake, a 10 minute drive from the park’s entrance, boasts almost 15,000 acres of clear water, great for fishing and water sports. Deer, duck, quail, wild boar and turkey hunting are close by, as are trails for four wheeling. Approximately 450,000 acres of Weyerhauser owned land, overseen by Three Rivers Wildlife Management, is available for permitted hunting, horseback riding and four wheeling. The 18 hole Cedar Creek Golf Course, open to the public, is just 11 miles north off of Route 259.

Primarily during the last 5 years, heavily wooded building sites, many in deed restricted subdivisions, have become available near Beavers Bend and Hochatown State Park, which is located just north of Beavers Bend. A number of property owners have already finished or are in the process of completing their dream home or cabin. Some owners are building for their own personal use as a permanent home, vacation property or weekend getaway, while others are building with the intent of investment property use. The small number of state owned rental cabins available within the confines of the park has made the rental of privately owned cabins a lucrative endeavor for many property owners. With a number of cabin management companies operating in the area, you can enjoy the benefits of vacation/second home ownership while enjoying the cash flow generated by weekend/short term rentals.

The Sacks Team is pleased to present the best Broken Bow has to offer in terms of raw land, prime building sites and new and resale cabins. Please click on “Current Listings” for complete information.
